How It Works
Free Consultation
We meet with you to view the home and its contents. We discuss the price breakdown of our services, what is to be sold and what you would like us to set aside, as well as establish any other requests that you may have.
Prepare Home for Estate Sale
Our team spends 2 to 8 days depending on the size and contents of the home (sometimes more time is needed if it’s a particularly large estate), advertising, cleaning, meeting with appraisers, organizing and setting up the home for the upcoming sale.
Hold Estate Sale
We hold a 3 day in person estate sale to sell the contents of the home. The sale dates will take place Friday through Sunday. Once the sale is complete, we clean, pack up and take care of any remaining unsold items for you.
